Most important parameters: min. 24 hours before filling – prepare fermenter pressure 0.8bar and temperature not more than +1*C.
We follow all your internal sanitising processes but prepare all CIP vessels, water temperatures, CIP ingredients to save time on sanitising.
CO2 is our best friend during canning. Prepare enough gas to use for pre-purge and keep pressure in fermenter during the process.
Compressed air is needed to run a canning machine. We need dry cleaned air at constant 7bar minimum. We have own compressor along all the time. Just in case.
Mobile canning machine has a tri-clamp connection, CO2 is standard compressed air quick connection. Also needed 230V single phase, well-grounded connection.
Mobile canning has a ‘Pay as You Go’ pricing model. Just choose how much you like to get canned, easy as that.
